Welcome to our new website "Member Info" section!  It's the mission of the Club Oak Borough, Inc leadership to improve communication around the community.  This website and specifically these Member Info pages will be our central point to share the latest information with club members.

Google Account

In order to obtain the full advantages of our online presence at Club Oak Borough, Inc.   We ask that our members create free google accounts.  If you already have a google email (gmail) account please use this for access to our site.  If you do not have a gmail, and do not wish to sign up for a free gmail account you may still create a "google account" but link it to your email of choice, via the following link:

Google Groups

Google Groups are leveraged to improve community communication as well as organize access to our company documents by user groups.  As a new member to this site, you have already been or should be added to one of the following Google Groups based on the community that your affiliated with.  By clicking on your respective community group below, you will determine if you have access.  If you don't please request access.

Action:  Click on your community below and determine if you see your email in the list.  If you don't have access then request access.  Contact tech_committee@ClubOakBorough.org if further assistance is required.

Google Drive

Google Drive is used to facilitate sharing of documents over the web at Club Oak Borough, Inc.  In order to utilize this feature a google account must be used by the members.  All Member Info section links leverage Google Drive, so its important to follow the steps noted above in the Google Account & Google Group section.  

Google Drive is a cloud based document library.  Meaning it can be accessed anywhere with internet and on multiple devices (computers, phones, tablets, etc).  Its use benefits the community at large and the Club Oak Borough leadership by ensuring all files are securely stored in an accessible manner by all persons.  

Members will have view only access to all public documents.  Should you need additional information not found on the website please contact the board via email:  board@ClubOakBorough.org

Still having issues?  Contact our Technology Committee via email at tech_committee@ClubOakBorough.org.  Please share your name, community, email, and address.  This committee will ensure your email is added to the appropriate google group and assist in ensuring your setup with a free google account.   Include "COB Site Access:..." in the subject line to help us prioritize your request.
